From the above it reads like Talga are aware that they'll be nominated as a strategic project.

These projects could benefit from streamlined procedures and better access to finance." - Thierry Breton
I like the sound of that. Also being added to the ASX 300 on the 20th, permit decision on the 5th. An avalanche of potentially massive news just days away.
