Yes indeed. Out of the blue. With the agreement on packaging using graphite, a whole new growth area is taking off.
With the clouds over Li-ion batteries at present, this is great news. Any new battery manufacturers using Lithium have a short life span imho. Global oversupply, Australian lithium mines and processing plants being closed down or mothballed.
Oversupply due to sale of EV's falling way short of expectations, mainly due to battery development not meeting expectations. Lithium expands with heat and can become unstable. Even Northvolt. Talga dont use lithium!! That stands them apart. They are also leading the race to a solid state battery. Car manufacturers are queing up for these, once at commercial stage.
So this growth in coatings (huge) and packaging (huge) means Talga are not at the mercy of the EV market. And when they do enter it, they will do so with a game changing non lithium battery and/or solid state battery. More announcements out of the blue thanks.
