I tend to agree with you on this one.
When I look at drilling results it's one of the first things I look at too. How far down is it.
So yeah most of the time too deep is no good unless its some good results.
However if it is good grades at depth and good meters it could well be a viable proposition.
One of the reasons I recon at least one hole should at least attempt to get into the target.
Thats my opinion.
