Looks like Jimmy and his mate Paddy Burke (the two who have the remaining 18m options expiring 28 Nov 2022 between them), were behind Monto Minerals Ltd (MOO.ASX) before the company did a reverse takeover of US-based ShareRoot (https://hotcopper.com.au/documentembed?id=uOMxKKzFkiWRTLKhOROKAxjvTUQP4Ae%2Bpm2Jr5lJ2%2Fk%3D) and listed on the ASX (SRO.ASX - https://www.shareroot.co/aboutus/), then later became Opyl Limited (OPL.AX - https://opyl.ai)
Monto was a tin exploration company with interests in Qld. When Jimmy became MD of Monto, the share price was $0.01. Went down to $0.002 by the time of the reverse takeover of ShareRoot. Monto shareholders weren't exactly impressed with the deal (see: https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/16708178/single
