These are the possible scenarios: 1. Atacamoz agreement with Delfin has problems attached 2. The locals refuse access..... Yeah yeah right, they are hanging for theirs as well 3. I don't know what happened, but I choose 3 as most likely, Atacamoz had too much to lose and could not pull it off. I HAVE SEEN EXACTLY THIS BEFORE... I still would like an explanation
