Agreed with you. Like MAN's set up , it is the CEO running the show, the other appointees are mainly to satisfy the statutory requirements. Initially when we tried to replace the appointees on the board of BGS, the CEO resigned with them as the other directors were his people. Since then it happened again when the direrctors were questioned about their extravagance, instead of defending their positions they walked because they didn't have skin in the game. The current directors at BGS(FFX) have recently resigned because they failed to perform. At FFX , they don't tolerate directors that don't perform. JA has not justified his position. He has failed on all counts, he has not lived up to shareholders expectations and is likely to be replaced unless he turns things around, like share price or find another suitable project. I don't think he is safe in his current role unless things changed.
