Day to day he clearly is NOT working for the company nor us. I mean when we look at the work he’s done YTD it’s awful. To me it seems like we await the drill results and either in the interim or after the pending results we are interviewing candidates or people on the board that feel they have some good to offer the company. I know this is easier said than done but we can get this done if he refuses to do his job and if we have a plan the better off we are. I know I am one of many on HC that has some significant cash invested in MAN but the opportunity cost of this is really starting to wear on me and others I believe. It’s one thing if we’re being informed by management on a regular basis and thoughtful exploration is producing dusters. I think most of us can live with that, swing and a miss. But when we go 6, 8, 10 weeks without hearing from him and the projects shift every 3-6 months it seems like he’s either in over his head or he’s stealing from US! I’m sorry to carry on guys, I just want this dude gone. I believe wholeheartedly JA is singlehandedly holding MAN back.
