Your current CEO is well overpaid for the work he has shown or his performance. He is running this public company like his own privately run family company. Officers in public companies are subjected to criticism for their below par performance. Unless they accept this as part and parcels of their job, they shouldn't take on the role. I admit I was being misled as many shareholders who took up the placement. These people won't consider this as smart behaviour but something else. Managemen claimed they were recruiting people that spoke the language at Delfin. We were all so excited on Newleyline, then Delfin! What else are you going to get us excited on? You embarrassed us.
I have stated I will support any one or professionals who is willing to take on the role. Shareholders are very unhappy with JA's performance to date. I also reitered many times, that I hope JA will change his attitude and this would be the last resort. Don't bite the hands that paid your bills, shareholders have rights to complains and take matters in their own hands if management failed to perform.
Shareholders in general demand change, unless management start to take shareholders expectations as part of their job. Shareholders need to know of management's plans and kept informed if they are any delays or any changes. If management has stopped or suspend a current project they should be informed asap..Unless they do this, management is failing in their duties and not performing to shareholders expectations.
