I am not interested in the role and I am not a geologist. However I have been involved in changing several boards of incompetent directors. I rather the board get experience people to assist them if they cannot manage on their own. Changing management is the last resort. CEOs fall on their own swords, many resigned due to their inability to fulfil their own promises. Some overstayed and have to be removed. We are all here to make some money. However some people have fallen short of their abilities whilst others have conflict of interest. The Share price has been declining from a high of 28c to a recent low of under 4c. It is not manipulation, it is some shareholders voting with their feet. The track record tell us a lot about the management. SB1 has been enthusiastic which is good however not being realistic and not accepting the truth could turn out to be a liability. It is no use protecting the incompetents.JA has ignored shareholders by failing to update and kept shareholders informed. We hoped this will change and as shareholders we want the company to succeed. I won't keep on harping at being smart raising at 20c. These shareholders were told that the money was for drilling Newleyline, why didn't management keep their promises.?If they have changed their opinions shareholders should be kept informed.
