A couple of years ago, FFX had over $17 million. That board spend the whole amount in less than 2 years. When challenged by shareholders they walked off as they had no skin in the game.
Directors who have skin in the game tend to be more aligned with shareholders. Just wonder whether JA will demonstrate that he is fully committed to the company or is he stilling having his fingers on several pies and thus neglect MAN. Maybe SB1 can tell us whether JA will show that he also has acquired some shares in the market.
