The offtake agreement cancelled was for PRM ie Coatings.
Bob has clearly stated that our focus is not on the Coatings market anymore - for the foreseable future at least. So it's not surprising that as soon as ADN could, it cancelled the BOA. Sensible business minded approach given our main focus is on ceramics.
There is nothing negative here at all. But of course there are numerous indivuduals on the board that will attempt to spin this as a negative.
And it won't make any difference to the debt discussions. In the DFS, PRM wasn't due to be produced until Stage 4 - way off in the future.
