Lighty you are 100% correct. Bob went to lengths in Melbourne to explain that the immediate focus is ceramics and everything else is peripheral. He is doing precisely what he SHOULD be doing - focusing on the main game and killing off anything gets in the way of that. And as you pointed out, PRM was for Stage 4 anyway. How anyone could see this announcement as a negative is beyond me, unless they really haven't listened to Bob and what's he's doing. The fact that he has killed off 2 BOAs is an indication that he has a strategy, which frankly was sadly lacking before. I came away from Melbourne very comfortable with Bob and Mick and highly comfortable with their view on the future of the company and what is required.
