I agree with your comment on Solgold and am in it. 
This acquisition is nowhere near that being in Chile. 
As to managements comment on it being the next best Cu project to Solgold.  I think that's 's an extremely moot point and bordering on disingenuous.
I do think it could be a game changer in economics of the project but it's like starting all over again at a 1 c share price when the thing listed at 20c.  Even if you got in at 3c you'd be struggling to get your money back. CAP may be able to make  money also Taurus and Sprott but existing smaller players will struggle.
