    i guess the bot is the clever one - buying up steadily with increasing volumes... maybe the folks in london will give it a boost. if RRS had issued a cps number prior to drilling we would have the same expectancy as they have at VIL... but this will be re-rated.. just need to wait it out. no lurking suspicions in this one.
