my 2 cents:
i think the class action will fail, these are very hard to prove.
However, if we get lucky some embarrassing info will be revealed leading to some resignations on the board. It needs to be cleaned out in my opinion. They need to suffer some (very minor) consequences for the their failures -not just the sp but also poor biz risk assessments/management.
