When you look at how much of the capex was for mining fleet in the PFS it should be apparent that, whether this works out good or bad, this is a very significant decision.
Not being in the industry I suspect rather than know that the selection of a tier one contractor should improve the financing of the project with lower perceived risk. The devil is always in the detail of course, the contract terms, the pricing etc.
Still of the view that it is critical that Hog delivers this year, if only to raise the sp for the next CR.
