It is really good to see existing top 20 holders increasing their stake, whilst also seeing new investors come in.
Peter Proksa (a former holder of ADN who sold some time ago - much higher than now) is back on the registry.
He has probably bought back in for the HPA possibilities, or the enormous EBITDA - currently a conservative $140M EBITDA, or, he has clicked on something we haven't?
I'm currently reading a book about Proksa - 'bulls, bears and croupier.'
