Im not sure what OSL do, but IXC has 25 mill in cash mate so no need to raise for quite some time. Enough funds to flow through phase 3 trials and also has R&D incentives to be received on works conducted.
So cash here is no problem. As for those names in the top 20, well Im sure they cant help in how a company is run. Like us they put there money in companies that believe will appreciate over time and make them money. Apart from Grist the rest havent moved.
IXC current EV is close to $0 so again Im not sure what OSL valuation is but I dont think it stacks up as good as IXC and where IXC is at in its timeline. All IMO
