TPG and VODA need to engage a panel of topmost lawyers to get the issue resolved and have the ACCC compensate all of the losses for the companies and shareholders. A mid level lawyer can logically knock out the ACCC logics, proving the wrong doing of the ACCC. It is high time tpg and voda fought the wrong logic of ACCC. ACCC appears to be in identity crisis, showing the calousness and poor management and blame game and sense of not willing to be questioned. May there be good people in ACCC who can feel the economy, business, and people. He could conditionaly approve merger and let the merged entity do business by reflectng their guidelines. If any deviation, the merged entity could be fined.
