before you make such comments have you spent some time in the many small rural towns that have a tower, but it is either Telstra Optus or the Hutchisons/Vodaphone (now tpg) . Really great if you're not with the right carrier.
The ACCC has a long history of letting their addiction to socialism be blinded to commercial reality in an economy the size of Australia -they also tend to let the multinationals get away with murder and hound the locals!
