Will PAN be the operator? what are the production costs? What are the total development costs? Is there potential to increase the resource from that stated by Codelco? How will it be financed, Cash or Share issue? Can PAN fast track the project and bring the feasability study forward to say 6-12 mths?

There is also the question of the sovereign risk of Chile..
