Hi Heraclitus;

I mean that you are right that the decision is the fundamentals and about assets more then it is about confidence, assets are the best reason to CR; increasing value minimizes risk.

Also being undervalued minimizes risk.

Sorry for the short praise; I only noticed you posted after I posted and then rushed in to edit my agreement with you.

I also agreed with LB as well, really it is a number of factors that goes into the decision but as soon as they announced this new deal we had to have expected a CR as soon as possible.
