1) new capital required for the acquisition of 6 new MHEs
2) 50 million new securities: 66% offered to retail and 33% offered to intos
3) retail entitlement is 2 for 15 securities owned
4) record date is 11 March, but GTY goes ex-entitlement on Thursday, which is when trading halt lifts
5) offer will be $2.40
6) Estimated new share price (TERP), given closing price yesterday is $2.57 (which is very close to SP yesterday $2.59)
