    Maybe a sales agreement that finally makes "retail" investors finally ...

    Pinto mentioned a share buy back earlier .. I'd love that, as long as the company didn't need to borrow money to do it. Buying shares back from retail investors would be a way of ensuring management kept a blocking stake.
