The current market cap is half of what you keep stating. No reputable site is quoting your number, they all quote something similar to what HC is quoting so I don't know why you insist on rabbiting on about a $300m market cap. Nobody cares about escrowed shares until they actually become tradeable. Besides, and correct me if I'm wrong, aren't a large number of them performance based? If they don't meet the performance targets they don't get the shares.
