It's a good point you make. Companies Tolga is close to and the ones he talks about across Twitter have in the past month included the word 'significant' or alluding to other such positive aspects when requesting a trading halt due to drilling/exploration updates.

This one is very brief with no sense of pump behind it.

Hope I'm wrong, but the sell-0ff prior to this halt has me thinking this may not be a great update. Early days even if it's bad, but market will have a savage reaction to anything that doesn't show they have found significant cobalt.
