Whilst it does read good it certainly does not bode well to read about it through the media to find out exactly what is happening. As a shareholder I expect to be updated with ALL details on the market sensitive announcements not just a "potential cap raise" Ann.
All in all, (if) this Ann is exactly what the AFR state then yes, the cap raise does look good.
All in all, management also need to look at the wording of future Anns (before) sending out thus not create any unanswered and or confusing scenarios.
