Our active BOD should just pay the break fee of $3.5M and tell MIN if they want AGO, they need to put in a takeover offer that is likely to be accepted by both Twiggy and Gina. It's a waste of management time and company resources (ie putting together an independent expert report and scheme docs) if there are two blocking stakes.

If the govt does approve the change so big miners can utilize rather then just junior, wouldn't it also make sense for the BOD to pay the $3.5m and let Gina/Twiggy/BHP and whoever else trip over each other to get control. Wouldn't that really send the price up?
