CR was not expected given the cash report in the last qrt. So it will be interesting to see what's the offer.
We know that smedvig family doesn't want CR that's why the 10% (or 20%) funding facility proposal was rejected in the last annual meeting. So this one should be at least approved by the family. May be raised for the spin-off company.
We should know soon anyway .
