Well I wonder what today will bring - two months ago we were chasing a capital raise to keep us in the game and now we talking about using our remaining cash for "material acquisitions".
On the legislation front the NCOP committee has finished its review and the final Bill (including final amendments) should be being prepared for approval.
Hopefully they haven't stuffed it up as the Committee had definitive legal advice on what could or could not be considered in order to ensure the amendments didn't breach constitutional requirements.
Is it possible that the end is in sight for the bill - end of the month?
