It's quite normal for companies to go into TH when they have a public court date, etc.
The TH fits perfectly with court transfer of tenaments, as provided by information by few posters.
What further announcements and plans GXY has, once the money is cleared, I don't know. That's just wild guesswork atm.
I assume they have plans for that money, so I wouldn't be suprised with another announcement following shortly after the tenaments transfer is officially completed.
