Allow me to throw a potential spanner in the works.

Why would Galaxy and POSCO throw away cash in taxation to Argentina that can be used to propel the project forward?

Unless Galaxy have a fantastic Argentinian tax expert that can minimise that to $0 why wouldn't these guys not just work together?

They have very similar goals.

I don't see the point in handing over cash to Argentina that can potentially be avoided via even a new company set up or taking part in a current company in the region that's tied to Livent.

Livent are not building as yet, I think there might be something in that, and also that there is a company already established.

Perhaps there is a buy in?

I've often wondered why these 3 don't work together.

Let's see what happens eh?
