SBM is experiencing micro issues. If you look at macro, you’ll find NST and EVN outperform the realestate sector. When SBM resolve the issues, we’ll start being priced for macro upside instead of micro downside and we’ll go nuts.
And if you think realestate or property developers are a good investment heading into a recession, the we have very different views and they won’t be easily reconciled.
Back to SBM, if you don’t have anything of value of to offer (ignorant line charts depicting a 50% fall don’t count), then just give it a rest. It’s boring and I won’t be responding.
