You've been on point so far.
Reserves require a viable market, yes? That exists.
Whether we need a concrete connection to market at this stage to get a reserve, I dont know. I'm.pretty use other spec stocks I've owned have got 2p reserves prior to other transport infrastructure (and sales contracts) being in place.
We will find out soon enough. We are all locked in for the time being anyway.
