catalyst tech. That's when things start at 9 and I have no idea after that.

Or some of the orders may want to move to BINDING or cash pre-payment?

Obviously, something special in this one as there's a TH.
Last announcement had 300k of LOIs and no TH...so for a TH here...could be something company changing.

If you DYOR on this thing...it's mind blowing.
