No doubt it's a very tough retail market whether you are independent or part of a franchise, the ABS reported 66% of small business owners failed to make it the 1st 3 years and that was in 2015, now it's worst. Unfortunately, the previous management was very greedy and saturated their brands....they need to get the number to an optimal operation for this climate and now have 3 years of capital to do this restructure and recover their brand which will make recover their intangible asset, sign-up more stores which will recover the pps......3 years.
