It would be more like:
$0.10 new shares
$0.17 old shares
10x dilution of old shares
Moves the SP 90% of the way from $0.17 to $0.10, so to $0.107 or so.
That's just based on dilution alone. People's psychology can make them sell at various prices above or below that.
