In the West GJ closed shop ages ago unless I’ve been stuck in my shell. Michel that I often pass by in a SC is barely busy. As a sign of the times, optics isn’t saying much. I just went back to my fav fast food place whenever I’m in the city and it has closed down! Fixtures still there ready for another operator. It seems a couple of food joints closed every week here but if you look st office towers/apt blocks popping up, you would not have been aware of surplus office space.
This shotgun strategy of spraying the market with fast food outlet isn’t working anymore. Quality rather than quantity.
