oh no, not another governance, risk and compliance problem, the Australian banks seem to have them systemically all over the shop. perhaps the Australian banks can be bought out by the US banks like what happened to our NZ banks so much years ago under the NZ Labor Party.
All the banks would have to be placed in a trading halt if it was the RBNZ ANN, that would be another breach of the law, the securities law.
This is never ends. Aussie banks are becoming putrid, why do they not fix it all up?
