I'm gonna try and see it through the glass half full eyes. Could this capital be required due to the need to rapidly expand the European staff in order to meet the requirements of some pending deals? I'd imagine the initial setup cost for distribution of a wearable device, training on the use of devices, integration, tech support, billings, account setup etc will be quite a bit of an initial layout across possibly multiple EU countries. Even with commercial deals signed it could be a bit of time before payments hit the bank account. Time will tell.....
