In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Holista provides the following information:
(i) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company on a collaboration agreement;
(ii) Holista requests the trading halt remains in place until the commencement of trading on Monday 6 April unless before that time Holista makes an announcement;
(iii) Holista is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
