retail share holders sending in $1000 amounts will take an eternity to raise that sort of cash and is rather amateurish to even think that, yet alone write it

sure feel ripped off or whatever but it don't work like that. welcome to investing in the share market. so goes with people saying about dilution, sh$t happens. really if you have 20,000 shares or 200,000 or 2M shares then get over it. as the saying goes "it is what it is"

mark the date down and let's see if you company is in a much stronger position in 12 months time. I'm backing it will be. my ave is sub a buck and it's my largest holding but sure as day follows night I'll be grabbing my 1:14 and any top up I can.

The private sector will only be able to get a hold of so much, the rest will be offered to individual shareholders.
People worry about dilution but at the end of the day, in a company that's not yet distributing dividends, it doesn't really matter other than there are more shares in circulation.
Dilution only affects the rights to dividends and voting power. Other than that, I don't see it as a problem.
