the npv for the great white project is 511m and so once that project is under production you would expect the company to be worth about that.
the halloysite is a big meme... the global market is fledgling with about 50m traded per year. Sure its worth a lot per ton, but you're only going to sell 1 ton of it per year..
If you research international halloysite companies, like the dragon mine in Utah, you will see they did not fare well...
