We are already in a bidding war, unfortunately I think there may only be one more bid in it after this counter proposal is announced unless a new party comes to the table.
This offer is likely sub 2 still, with any final offer to be around that mark in my opinion. Still somewhat irrelevant until we learn what the significant holders are thinking and willing to accept.
