LiveTiles Limited (ASX:LVT)
– Trading halt request Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, LiveTiles Limited (ACN 066 139 991) (Company) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of a formal response from the Company (by way of an ASX announcement) relating to an article that was published overnight by the Australian Financial Review entitled “ASX-listed Livetiles drafts in Credit Suisse for defence”.
The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 5 February 2021 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation the article.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. This announcement has been authorised for release by Karl Redenbach, CEO and Executive Director
