not always the case.
i was watching a stock recently that bolted, a director bought millions on market, TH for drill results, they were dusters, and the SP fell off a cliff face.
the chart tells the story...
in short, line wipes, directors buying, TH or not, there is no hard and fast rule that applies... it can be either positive or negative.
back to ADN...
my money's on the ann being news on BOA's.
whether it pulls back or not depends on the ann, but it has run hard from 31c... and it can't just keep running...
having said that... it would be nice for it to hit 50c and pullback to the 45c range and trade there until the next TH
