Likewise! I'm just excited to see the man speaking and learning more and more everyday. Compared to the well known members here, I'm relatively late to the ADN party and won't be retiring shortly like some fortunate people here. But if the potential that ADN has is fulfilled, then I'll at least be able to buy my first property without a mortgage! And for a younger bloke like me, that's exciting enough.
