Look at it this way, if you issue at 67 or 72c we are talking about a couple of million shares difference. It doesn’t matter if it’s going into the right hands. It would bloody matter in the general public’s hands.
If Bc8 sells to 70c then it’s exactly why they put it away via funds. Buy any short term Mini dips imo, we will be seeing a lot of ongoing news.

Not sure this is true re: 67c vs 72c, my holding in this company is artificially diluted at a low level.

Simply put last raise was 2.6% VWAP premium, this is 15% discount after an aggressive price capping last week. I think 72c would have been par - very disappointing result from a management team who has kicked many goals.
