    Good result for holders, having large backers means you "may" be less likely to see filppers for a small margin. I would have thought these are significant investors looking for a serious leg up. The business needs funds to be able to drill lots of holes, this is what will move the needle, and with such a large proposed raise anyone who wants to own it going forward will have to buy on market. Come on the cat to $2 pls!
