Imo an upgrade in resource, very unlikely it is a takeover/ DFS or any form of partnership . It specifically says to do with the Great White ground and an update, possibly a BOA . But hey……any of the above would be enough to get the Shorty Pyjama Brigade heading for the Napisan, I do not feel sorry for them especially the late comers who fell into the plot.
